Hiring Process
Stage 1	Complete online application.
Stage 2	Participate in phone interview.
Stage 3(a)	Participate in face-to-face interview.
Stage 3(b)	Teach a lesson.
	Options:  (1) Send us a pre-recorded video of you teaching a lesson; (2) Invite us to your classroom to come observe you teaching a lesson; or  (3) Teach a model lesson to a class at our school.
Stage 4	Accept final job offer as approved by our Board of Trustees
